We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with experience selling in the home to join our team and help us grow our customer base by building strong relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers, build relationships, and schedule consultations. * Consultation: Conduct on-site roof inspections (training provided), understand client needs, and recommend suitable roofing solutions. * Sales Presentations: Present proposals to clients, clearly outlining services, benefits, and pricing. * Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, ensure customer questions are answered, and manage the sales pipeline. * Market Knowledge: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and closed deals in the CRM system. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales required, preferably in construction, roofing, or a related industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Basic understanding of construction or roofing is a plus (training provided). * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
