Roles and Responsibilities The True REST Spa Representative supports the spirit of our entire brand. Help shape the way in which clients and the community view our spa and flotation therapy. The Spa Representative will develop the expertise in flotation therapy - able to spread awareness and education. We are looking for champions of self-care, self-love, relaxation, and mental wellness. A part of this is demonstrating exceptional service in all areas of the spa and client care. Our team exhibits exceptional service of the spa and clients: including (but not limited to) attention to detail, cleanliness, passion for self-care, and the spa mission to provide this service to as many people as possible. We are looking for consistent and growing sales performance, outstanding client care, and customer service in all areas. The tasks of the Float Consultant are managed and supported by the Management. The duties of the Float Consultant will include (but are not limited to) the following: Client Care - various functions Professional and Reliable Demonstrates Competency and Consistency in Company Policy Maintains a Comfortable and Safe Environment Clean, Calm, Confidential Prepared for Each Appointment "Every Float is the Most Important Float" Builds Rapport by Building Relationship Swiftly and Sincerely Creates a connection with each and every Client Responsibilities Opening, Closing, and Transitioning tasks Shift Checklists - Submit to Supervisor per Policy Customer Service efforts as defined by Mgmt. Clean, Stock & Maintain facility Client Development Daily Tracking and Opportunity Log Specials and Promotions Pay starts at $12.00 per hour and can range up to $17.00 with commissions bonus and tips once the training period ends. Current needs are for the 3:30pm-10:00pm shift 3 to 4 nights a week.
