Overview: Windows Direct USA is looking for a Sales & Training Manager to strengthen the performance, confidence, and results of our sales team. This role will support both the Cincinnati/Dayton and Louisville/Lexington markets, working alongside sales leadership to coach team members, reinforce product knowledge, and elevate customer interactions. What You 'll Do: * Co-lead weekly sales meetings to align the team around goals, updates, and best practices * Conduct ride-alongs with reps to provide live coaching and performance feedback * Onboard and train new sales team members through structured classes and hands-on coaching * Build and implement customized training plans for team members who need recalibration or targeted development * Partner with leadership to identify gaps, training needs, and development opportunities * Develop and strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement strategies across the team * Track individual and team performance to help ensure reps meet or exceed sales expectations * Serve as a training resource beyond sales over time, supporting cross-departmental learning as the company grows Compensation: * Competitive base salary * Bonus opportunities tied to sales team performance (minimum guidelines required) What You Bring: * 5+ years of sales or sales management experience * Proven experience in sales, sales coaching, or employee training * Excellent communication, facilitation, and motivational skills * A passion for helping people grow and succeed * Strong product and customer relationship instincts * Ability to travel regularly to appointments in the Cincinnati / Dayton & Louisville area/ Lexington Markets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH 45241
