Requirements An Illinois real estate license. If you don't have a license, we can help. Classes are offered in-person or online. Illinois licensees must be 18 and have be a high school graduate or have GED. Must pass State licensing exam. Responsibilities Put in the time and energy to: * take advantage of our reputation, tools, and support to respond quickly to today's buyers' and sellers' needs. * be knowledgeable about your local community and real estate market * learn new tech tools and take advantage of our coaching and training * diligently follow up with leads that are provided by the brokerage Schedule a confidential meeting and learn about the advantages of affiliating with the only national real estate brand that has been guiding people home for over 114 years.
