The Cleveland Plant & Flower Company is seeking a driven sales leader to join our team! Our ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic, self- starter driven to learn and excel at their job. Candidate should have/be able: * A strong background in sales. Floral industry knowledge is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to make customer relationships and drive sales * Ability to work alone or along side a team. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills. * Sales people are expected to maintain a current awareness of new product, new uses for old product and trends in the industry, so that they will be important to the customer and an asset to the company. * Must be able to lift and move boxes of product weighing up to seventy (70) pounds with no other employee's assistance * Must be able to use material-handling equipment to transfer products throughout the company facility. * Make sales calls and deliveries periodically away from the company facility unassisted by other employees. * Must have High School diploma or equivalent. * Speak, write and understand the English language.
