Sales Associate - King of Budz Dispensary Location: Cheektowaga, NY Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About King of Budz King of Budz is one of Michigan's fastest-growing cannabis dispensary brands, built on quality products, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere has expanded to New York State. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Budtenders who are passionate about cannabis and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every guest Position Overview As a Budtender , you'll be the face of King of Budz -- helping customers find the right products, sharing knowledge, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude. * Educate customers on products, strains, effects, and responsible consumption. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and new product arrivals. * Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions. * Restock and organize sales floor displays as needed. * Ensure compliance with all state cannabis laws and company policies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. * Collaborate with team members and support daily store operations. Qualifications * Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn about products and regulations. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
