Job description Sales Representative Description: Kupferle Water Solutions has been a staple in the waterworks industry for over a century. We are fast-growing, and are introducing new and innovative technology to drinking water systems across the US and Canada. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join our sales team. This hybrid position combines inside and outside sales, offering the opportunity to build relationships and drive growth. The ideal candidate is eager to sell, confident in prospecting, and ready to pick up the phone to connect with potential customers. You'll learn our products inside and out and present solutions that meet client needs. Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to warm and cold call to drive new business * Ability to answer customer inquiries and quote products accurately * Ability to speak to and educate individuals and groups * Experience with Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms preferred * Ability to operate company vehicle while traveling (clean driving record needed) Responsibilities: * New business prospecting by phone and email * Assisting regional sales managers with quotes, customer inquiries, etc. * Salesforce documenting, management, and upkeep * Travel with outside sales reps and present to potential and existing customers, engineers, and conduct training sessions with our distributors * Travel generally one week per month (Travel up to 25%) * Report to the director of Marketing and assist with miscellaneous and ongoing projects Schedule: * M-F 7:30am-4pm with some overnight travel * Work is in-person * Travel 20-25% Education: * Bachelor's degree or higher preferred * High school or equivalent required Benefits: * 401K with match * Cell phone reimbursement * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Fenton, MO 63026 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
