Membership Sales Customer service Professional and Reliable Demonstrates Competency and Consistency in Company Policy Maintains a Comfortable and Safe Environment Clean, Calm, Confidential Prepared for Each Appointment "Every Float is the Most Important Float" Builds Rapport by Building Relationship Swiftly and Sincerely Creates a connection with each and every Client's Responsibilities Opening, Closing, and Transitioning tasks Shift Checklists - Submit to Supervisor per Policy Customer Service efforts as defined by Mgmt. Clean, Stock & Maintain facility Client Development Daily Tracking and Opportunity Log Specials and Promotions Pay starts at $12 per hour and can range up to $15 with a commission bonus and tips once the training period ends.
