You'll hunt down new opportunities, foster long-term partnerships, and create custom solutions that knock your clients' socks off. What Winning Looks Like: * You'll set the pace--driving results, not just reports. * Hit your daily target of 50 outbound calls and get your name out there * Book targeted property previews and deliver 15-20 tailored proposals weekly * Get to the heart of each client's needs, offering real solutions (not cookie-cutter pitches!) * Master our CRM (HubSpot) to manage leads, track every conversation, and keep your pipeline healthy and clean * Use your knowledge to guide, educate and impress, not just inform * Build relationships that last--turning past customers into superfans * Sharpen your skills with weekly roleplays--compete, learn, win! * Jump in post-sale to solve any problems and make sure our client experience is legendary Your Toolkit: * Unmatched confidence and drive--you thrive under pressure * Master communicator, able to ask the tough questions, negotiate, and win deals * Organizational ninja: balancing a lot, never dropping the ball * Hunter's mindset for leads, but a builder's heart for relationships * Creative, agile, and always a step ahead of the market * Goal obsessed--you don't just meet targets, you crush them * Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office What You Bring: * GED or High School Diploma (preferred) * At least 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role (you love a good cold call) Ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow into a top earner?
