Sales Representative

You'll hunt down new opportunities, foster long-term partnerships, and create custom solutions that knock your clients' socks off. Every day, you'll get to be the hero our customers need--solving their challenges and helping them transform their homes for sale or for life. What Winning Looks Like:
• You'll set the pace--driving results, not just reports.
• Hit your daily target of 50 outbound calls and get your name out there
• Book targeted property previews and deliver 15-20 tailored proposals weekly
• Get to the heart of each client's needs, offering real solutions (not cookie-cutter pitches!)
• Master our CRM (HubSpot) to manage leads, track every conversation, and keep your pipeline healthy and clean
• Use your knowledge to guide, educate and impress, not just inform
• Build relationships that last--turning past customers into superfans
• Sharpen your skills with weekly roleplays--compete, learn, win!

What You Bring

:

• GED or High School Diploma (preferred)
• At least 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role (you love a good cold call) Ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow into a top earner? The Experience:
