Account Manager Northwest Georgia Do you love building strong relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction? Join our client as a Customer Relationship Coordinator / Account Manager , where your people skills and strategic mindset will help us deliver top-notch service to our partners across Georgia. What You 'll Do In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our location owners, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and confident in our services. Your day- to-day will include: * Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships within your assigned region. * Visiting locations frequently (goal: at least 250 visits per quarter) to provide in-person support and check-ins. * Conducting compliance checks to make sure machines meet all signage and decal requirements. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns--from EFT questions to service or game complaints--by coordinating with the right internal teams. * Staying current on products, technology, and popular games to provide training and guidance to customers. * Advising partners on Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) and county COAM compliance. * Advocating for customer needs while ensuring they receive the best possible service. What We 're Looking For We're searching for someone who thrives on connections, problem-solving, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Strategic thinking and creativity in resolving challenges. * A passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence. * Ability to manage a regional travel schedule (within Georgia). * Multilingual skills (English + Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.) are a strong plus. * CRM and basic Excel experience needed.
