Port City Movers is seeking energetic, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing in-office team. If you're a people- focused professional with a passion for helping customers and closing value- driven sales, we'd love to hear from you. As an Inside Sales Representative at Port City Movers, you'll be the first point of contact for customers planning their move. You'll guide them through their options, provide accurate estimates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call to booking day. Job Responsibilities * Present and discuss moving options and services based on each customer's needs, timeline, and situation * Build a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up * Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth transitions * Follow up with customers after estimates to answer questions and close sales * Track leads and customer interactions through phone calls, text messages, and emails * Navigate and work within a high-performing CRM system * Calculate move inventories and estimate time and cost projections accurately * Contact customers about new services, promotions, and special offers * Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and development * Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers who have expressed interest in moving services Requirements * Professional, confident, and articulate phone presence * Previous sales experience required (moving industry experience strongly preferred) * Upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, and trustworthy * Strong listening and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Ability to work on-site at our local office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
