As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a designated territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach, focusing on:

• Identifying and converting potential sales targets
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Effectively managing prospects through CRM and sales tracking
• Closing deals and exceeding sales goals What We 're Looking For:
• Experience with a structured sales process
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
• Strong ability to overcome objections and drive results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Earning Potential: We offer a highly rewarding tiered commission structure to incentivize top performance:
• 10% commission on monthly sales up to $75,000
• 11% commission on monthly sales from $75,001 to $100,000
• 12% commission on monthly sales from $100,001 to $150,000
