Job Title: Title Sales Representative Location: Orlando, Florida Company: East Coast Title & Escrow East Coast Title & Escrow is seeking a driven, experienced Title Sales Representative to expand our market share in the Orlando area. This position is designed for a self-motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in the field--not behind a desk. Position Overview This is not a 9 -5 job and not a work-from-home position. Success in this role requires being out in the market, face-to-face with clients , building relationships, and consistently generating new business. The Title Sales Representative is responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining a strong, profitable book of business by supporting Realtors with the marketing, education, and growth tools we provide. Key Responsibilities * Execute and strictly follow a structured marketing and sales plan * Meet with 5 -7 new real estate agents per week * Be consistently present in the market --offices, open houses, events, and networking functions * Attend industry events, association meetings, and community networking opportunities * Host and facilitate educational classes for Realtors and industry partners * Grow and maintain a book of business through proactive relationship management * Leverage East Coast Title & Escrow's marketing systems, technology, and growth tools to support Realtor partners * Track activity, appointments, and results to ensure accountability Compensation & Growth * An existing, proven book of business will be rewarded with a more lucrative compensation plan * Ongoing earning potential tied directly to performance, activity, and market growth * Opportunity to significantly increase income through consistent production and relationship building What We 're Looking For * A self-starter who understands that sales is driven by presence and consistency * Someone who is comfortable being out in the field daily, meeting clients face-to-face * Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills * A relationship-builder who is focused on long-term partnerships, not quick wins Why East Coast Title & Escrow We are the premier title company in our market--equipped with the bells, whistles, systems, and support that allow the right Title Sales Representative to excel.
