Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses. Salary Range: $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements * A Property & Casualty insurance license is required but if you don't have one we help train and pay for the licensing cost * A Life & Health Insurance license is required but if you don't have one we help training and pay for the licensing cost * Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus * Insurance experience is preferred, but not required * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior * Must be coachable * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening * Must have strong interpersonal communication skills * Must be motivated and determined Responsibilities * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales * Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day * Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients About Us Join Rob Irwin's dynamic Farmers Insurance District!
