Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars, skilled at building relationships, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional buying experience for every customer. You will guide clients through the vehicle purchase process--from initial contact to delivery--ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. * Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate vehicles. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, performance, and benefits. * Accompany customers on test drives while highlighting key vehicle attributes. * Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and transparently. * Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships. * Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. * Accurately complete all sales paperwork and documentation. * Stay informed on market trends, dealership promotions, and manufacturer incentives. * Attend pertinent training and stay current with with sales department concerns and sales techniques. * Move and arrange display vehicles on showroom and on lot as directed by management.
