Job Overview : As a Sales Representative at MORSA Homes, you'll be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of homes we've purchased, marketing them to potential buyers, and assisting clients through the home-buying process. This is a full-time position for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, motivated, independent, and customer centered. Key Responsibilities : * Manage and market an assigned list of homes through social media and on-site marketing (e.g., placing signs in the neighborhood) * Show homes to potential buyers and prequalify them for owner financing options * Attend and assist with home closings, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers * Provide excellent customer service, understanding clients' needs, and guiding them through the process * Communicate effectively and negotiate with potential buyers to address questions or objections Qualifications : * Bilingual (English and Spanish) required * Sales and/or customer service experience required * Dependable transportation required * Personal computer required (or regular access to a personal computer) * Independent, highly motivated, and customer-centered * Positive, can-do attitude * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections Compensation : * Salary + commission Work Environment : * Full-time position, based in the office but with significant time spent out in the field showing homes and meeting clients * You will work as part of a supportive, goal-oriented team that puts customer interests first * Our company culture is built on a people-first mentality, with owners and team members dedicated to helping others in need To Apply : If you're passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership and meet the qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
