Job Summary We Currently opening 2 new locations and are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting high-end vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities * Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features that meet customer needs * Negotiate terms of sale, financing options, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-up activities * Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand * Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials, events, and new vehicle arrivals * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette * Assist in organizing public speaking events or promotional activities to enhance dealership brand awareness Experience * Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities (preferred), along with public speaking experience * Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and maintaining detailed records * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team objectives Join our team as a Car Sales Executive where your expertise will drive success in a professional automotive setting.
