The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and customer service, along with an understanding of the challenges facing our company and a commitment to helping us overcome those challenges. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a close- knit team, have exceptional communication skills and be excited to help car buyers find their dream car. Responsibilities: * Be very familiar with the inventory of cars that you are selling. * Learn about your customers' interests and needs to help them find the right car. * Have a range of sales techniques that you can use when interacting with customers. * Deal with financial matters. * Be a good negotiator. * Work on commission. * Be good at public speaking or engaging in conversation with customers. * Listen to customer's needs. * Help customers navigate the corporate environment.
