Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Auto Sales Associate Bilingual Spanish a plus, To join our team. As an Auto Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Duties * Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals. * Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales processes. * Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring product availability for customers. * Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. * Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote products or services. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Multilingual or Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers. * Familiarity with retail math and inventory control processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. * Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Background in automobile sales or dealership experience is advantageous but not required. * A passion for marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
