Full-Time | Commission-Based | Multiple 6-Figure Potential Are you an experienced high-ticket closer or have a background in retail roofing sales? Our roofing business is rapidly expanding, and we're looking to add 2 strong in-home sales closers to our team. All appointments are set for you--no cold calling, no self-generated leads. If you can close, you WILL thrive here.

About the Role

We provide fully confirmed pre-set appointments , and a supportive team that wants you to succeed. You'll meet homeowners in person, diagnose needs, present solutions, offer financing options, and close deals. Roofing knowledge is a huge plus --but we are more than willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home roofing consultations (all appts set for you)
• Present solutions, estimates, and available financing options
• Close deals and consistently hit revenue goals
• Build trust through strong communication and professionalism
• Document leads, job details, and customer interactions
• Follow a proven sales process and maintain a high closing ratio What We 're Looking For Experienced or high-potential candidates welcome.
• Proven experience in roofing, exterior, or home-service sales OR strong high-ticket closing experience in other industries
• Confident and effective in front of homeowners
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
