Basil Mitsubishi is part of the Basil Family Dealerships--Western New York's largest and most respected auto group. Known for exceptional customer service, a supportive team culture, and strong leadership, Basil Mitsubishi is growing and looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The BDC Representative plays a critical role in building relationships with customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales and service departments. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, organized, and driven to succeed in a fast- paced environment.
