Basil Mitsubishi is part of the Basil Family Dealerships--Western New York's largest and most respected auto group. Known for exceptional customer service, a supportive team culture, and strong leadership, Basil Mitsubishi is growing and looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The BDC Representative plays a critical role in building relationships with customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales and service departments. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, organized, and driven to succeed in a fast- paced environment. What you'll do:

• Manage inbound sales and service calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers, internet leads, and service reminders
• Schedule appointments for the sales and service departments
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, text, and email
• Update CRM activity logs and maintain accurate customer information
• Work closely with sales and service managers to support department goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Basil's customer-first culture What we're looking for:
• Experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced workload
• Comfortable using computers
• Prior experience using CRM tools, and dealership management software preferred
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a drive to exceed expectations
