What You 'll Do * Greet customers on the lot, showroom, and online inquiries * Understand customer needs and match them to vehicles in inventory * Present vehicle features, benefits, and history clearly and confidently * Test-drive coordination and selling through product demonstration * Maintain strong communication through phone, text, email, and in-person * Complete sales paperwork accurately and professionally * Follow up with potential and recent customers to build long-term relationships * Assist with basic lot duties (moving cars, taking photos, organizing inventory) * Work closely with management and a small team to hit monthly goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Referral program Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
