• Greet customers on the lot, showroom, and online inquiries
• Understand customer needs and match them to vehicles in inventory
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and history clearly and confidently
• Test-drive coordination and selling through product demonstration
• Maintain strong communication through phone, text, email, and in-person
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and professionally
• Follow up with potential and recent customers to build long-term relationships
• Assist with basic lot duties (moving cars, taking photos, organizing inventory)
• Work closely with management and a small team to hit monthly goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
