Company: NovaOro - Exclusive Jewelry, Watches & Designer Accessories Location: Clermont, FL Job Type: Full-time | Tuesday-Saturday availability required (Sundays + 1 weekday off) About Us NovaOro is a brand-new luxury jewelry and watch boutique showcasing fine diamond jewelry , Swiss timepieces , and authentic designer handbags from brands like Rolex, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel -- with discreet collateral loan services for high-value items. While NovaOro is new to the market, the team behind it has over 15 years of proven experience serving Central Florida clients with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. The Role We are seeking a polished, professional, and sales-driven associate to join our NovaOro team. You will work in an upscale boutique environment while assisting clients with both purchases and confidential lending transactions. Your daily work will include: * Luxury Retail Sales: Engaging with clients, showcasing fine diamond jewelry , luxury watches , and designer bags. * Loan Services: Discreetly assisting clients with high-value collateral lending. * Merchandising: Maintaining a visually stunning sales floor and window displays. * Authentication: Learning to identify and verify luxury watches, designer handbags, and fine jewelry. * Client Experience: Delivering a concierge-level shopping and lending experience. Qualifications * Prior experience in luxury retail , fine jewelry sales , watch sales , or designer handbag retail preferred (high-end fashion or boutique experience considered). * Professional, well-groomed appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Comfort with technology (POS systems, basic computer tasks). * Must be trustworthy and able to handle high-value merchandise. Preferred Certifications (Not required, but highly valued) * GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) or equivalent gemology training. * Graduate Gemologist (GG) or AGS Certified Sales Associate (CSA). * Luxury watch training or certification (WOSTEP, SAWTA, brand-specific). * Entrupy Authentication Certification or similar designer goods verification training. * Appraisal coursework through NAJA , ISA , or ASA. Compensation & Benefits * $18 - $22 per hour base pay (depending on experience). * Monthly production bonuses & sales commissions - realistic total earnings $45K-$60K+/year for strong performers. * Paid Holidays , Sick Days , and Vacation Time. * Employee discounts on jewelry, watches, and designer accessories. * Opportunities for growth within our expanding operation. Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Sat 9-7 & Sun 11-4 (rotating schedule, + Sundays shorter hours).
