Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Maintain your Real Estate License Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $76,393.00 - $150,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
