Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our temporary and full-time staffing business across our Indianapolis and Lebanon territories. What You 'll Do * Develop and manage relationships with local businesses in your assigned territory. * Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and client meetings to understand workforce needs. * Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver customized staffing and hiring solutions. * Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and community involvement. * Manage the full sales cycle--from initial contact to closing the deal. * Track sales activity, maintain CRM updates, and achieve monthly goals. What We 're Looking For * High energy, fast-paced, and goal-oriented mindset. * Proven success in outside or B2B sales (staffing industry experience is a plus). * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Bachelor 's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience). * Self-starter with the drive to exceed expectations and build long-term success.
