Vice President - Nationwide Foam Recycling NFR is the nation's leader provider of insulation and membrane recycling services to large scale re-roofing projects and product manufacturing facilities throughout North America. NFR's product division, Insulation Depot, supplies post-consumer, overstock and factory seconds rigid foam insulation to customers from over 30 warehouse locations nationwide. Given the ever-growing focus on sustainability throughout the country, demand for our recycling services and reclaimed products has skyrocketed. Job Summary The Vice President is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the sales, marketing and operational functions of the organization. This position oversees multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, fostering business growth, and maintaining profitability. The Vice President provides leadership, manages key initiatives, and supports the development of a high-performing management team to achieve long-term success. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives. * Lead and supervise teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, AI, business development, and operations. * Oversee profit & loss management to ensure financial health and sustainability. * Expand market presence and increase revenue streams. * Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and quality standards. * Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. * Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder engagements. Requirements * Proven management experience with a strong background in sales management, supervising teams and leading organizational change. * Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives. * Understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence in a business environment * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels. * Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance. * Business development experience with a track record of expanding market share. * Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operations. * Excellent sales acumen coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
