Overview : Busam Nissan is seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. This role requires a blend of outside sales experience, negotiation skills, and an understanding of the automotive market to drive sales and meet customer needs effectively. Compensation will vary on level of experience. This position is guaranteed pay plus front and back end commission. No draw pay. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve targets. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads. * Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. * Maintain inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory management. * Deliver engaging presentations on vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract customers. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or automobile sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele. * Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. * Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is beneficial. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for financial transactions. * Ability to engage in public speaking when presenting vehicles or promotions to groups. * Previous dealership experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
