What You 'll Do * Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents to source off-market investment opportunities * Build long-term relationships with agents (our #1 client) * Analyze properties (ARV, comps, repair estimates, price floors) * Make 20-40+ offers per month using our underwriting & deal desk systems * Negotiate and secure purchase contracts * Manage a pipeline with daily KPIs and accountability * Work closely with leadership and the sales manager for coaching and upskilling Success here = discipline + consistency + coachability.
