Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities * Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store organized, attractive, and well-stocked * Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations * Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely * Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential * Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred, especially in grocery store environments * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings (English/Spanish or other languages) * Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities * Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math essentials * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during transactions * Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos is advantageous * Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
