Job Summary We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and leasing activities on a 100 unit complex in Springfield Township Duties - Manage all aspects of the property including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle lease agreements - Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment processing - Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities - Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones Skills - Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management - Experience in property management and legal administrative tasks - Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations - Ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve tenant issues effectively - Strong data entry skills and familiarity with property management software like Yardi - Organized with excellent file management capabilities If you possess these skills and are looking to join a dynamic team in the property management industry, we encourage you to apply for the Apartment Manager position.
