Full description of the position
Woven is seeking a senior, full-cycle sales professional to own new logo acquisition and help establish a repeatable sales motion. This role carries a quota and is responsible for both closing inbound opportunities and generating new pipeline through thoughtful, buyer-centered outbound. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant influence. While the immediate focus is closing revenue, the person in this seat will also help demonstrate what strong pipeline management, discovery, and deal execution look like. The role is hybrid and based in Indianapolis, with travel for events and on- site selling as needed. You'll report directly to Woven's founder and work closely with our sales partner Stompbox for onboarding, coaching, and ongoing enablement. Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership & Deal Execution * Own a personal quota and close new business with mid-market, multi-unit B2B buyers. * Expand our footprint in a select number of strategic accounts * Run the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, with a strong emphasis on understanding buyer needs and buying processes. * Consistently progress deals forward, navigate objections, and manage multiple opportunities at once. * Partner with the founder on select deals while independently owning the majority of your pipeline Pipeline Generation * Generate your own opportunities through targeted, account-based prospecting. * Proactively identify and engage high-fit accounts when your calendar isn't full. * Leverage events, referrals, and warm paths alongside outbound efforts. * Take responsibility for pipeline health, not just closing what's handed to you. Sales Process & Signal Setting * Execute within an evolving sales process and provide feedback to improve it. * Demonstrate strong CRM hygiene and organized pipeline management. * Help establish early indicators of what's working (and what's not) in the sales motion. * Model high-quality discovery, deal qualification, and follow-up that others can learn from. What This Role Does Not Own To be clear about focus, this role is not responsible for: * Demand generation or paid acquisition strategy * Marketing ownership or campaign execution * Customer success, renewals, or overall post-sale account management Your job is to grow the number of new multi-unit businesses using Woven. About You You're a proven seller who values autonomy and accountability over titles and hand-holding. You take pride in owning outcomes and are comfortable operating in some ambiguity--especially when you have the support of clear coaching and process. You likely: * Have 3-7+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience * Have sold a consultative product with mid-market, low enterprise buyers * Are comfortable generating your own pipeline, not just working inbound leads * Think in terms of buyers and problems, not pitches and tricks * Have been part of an early or growth-stage company and understand organized chaos * Learn quickly, apply feedback, and adjust your approach without ego * Bring a bias toward action when things aren't perfect Qualifications * 2+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience (mid-market B2B SaaS preferred) * Formal sales training grounded in consultative selling * Demonstrated ability to manage and advance a pipeline independently * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience using a CRM to track deals and activity * Comfort working in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment Compensation & Growth * Strong base salary plus uncapped commission * Directional on-target earnings around $175,000 - 200,000, with upside tied directly to performance * Clear expectations, guardrails, and coaching support to help you ramp and succeed * Opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time as the sales function grows Job Type: Full-time Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personWoven
