Responsibilities * Manage all financial aspects of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options. * Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective upselling strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. * Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other relevant financial laws. * Utilize financial software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. * Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and best practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financial needs effectively. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in finance-related operations. Qualifications * Proven experience in a finance management role within a dealership or automotive sales environment. * Strong knowledge of credit analysis processes and financial regulations, including TILA compliance. * Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. * Proficiency in financial software applications and tools for effective data management. * Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for accurate data entry and reporting. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while driving individual performance.
