About This Position Compensation for this role is performance-based and paid via commission. As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with homeowners about solar energy solutions and schedule appointments for our sales team. You'll get hands-on training and work with experienced leaders who will coach you and help you develop your skills. Your focus is straightforward: talk to homeowners, qualify their interest, and book solid appointments. If you're competitive, coachable, and hungry to build something real, this role gives you the skills and income opportunity to succeed in solar sales.
