Inside Sales Rep Chatsworth, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm $31hr to $32.75hr depending on experience. An innovative company providing supply chain solutions to the aerospace industry with 100,000+ unique parts in stock from over 2,500 suppliers with customers that include almost every manor aerospace and defense OEM along with many of their subcontractors is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join their team in Chatsworth. Summary : Inside Sales Representative is to drive revenue growth by proactively engaging assigned and prospective accounts to expand sales of aerospace fasteners and components. Inside Sales Representatives partner in tandem with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) on shared accounts. This role bridges customer service and business development, ensuring that service issues are resolved quickly while also positioning the company as a preferred supplier for additional products and long-term agreements. Responsibilities: * Aggressively prospect and develop existing and new accounts to increase market share. * Generate competitive sales quotes and implement pricing/margin strategies. * Identify and promote alternative and complementary OEM fasteners to broaden customer spend. * Support contract and long-term agreement negotiations alongside contracts and management teams. * Respond to request for quotes RFQ's. * Partner with assigned CSRs who handle order entry, customer inquiries, and portal management. * Leverage CSR knowledge of customer accounts to identify sales opportunities and resolve issues faster. * Coordinate with CSRs on invoice/payment concerns, ensuring financial barriers do not delay sales growth. * Serve as the primary sales contact for contract discussions, pricing strategy, and business growth opportunities. * Conduct account reviews to analyze purchasing trends and recommend expanded product adoption. * Resolve service or quality issues with a focus on retaining and expanding long-term business. * Collaborate with finance, operations, and quality teams to resolve customer issues impacting sales. * Provide customer-specific requirements and flow-down knowledge during contract and renewal reviews. * Escalate delivery or supply chain gaps to internal teams, and source outside inventory to fill demand. * Track and report on account sales performance vs. quota. * Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM updates. * Ensure new contracts are accurately uploaded into the ERP system. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * A college degree strongly preferred. * 3+ years aerospace or distribution sales experience * Aerospace hardware market, OEMs, and supplier network. * Sales development methodologies, account planning, and quota achievement. * Strong ability to balance service responsiveness with sales growth objectives. * Knowledge of the aerospace hardware market including suppliers and OEMs * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to balance priorities. * Proven ability to meet sales goals. * Natural leadership and driver of customer satisfaction. * Knowledgeable about being an effective collaborator and team member. * Knowledge of actual sales versus quotas. indH Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31.00 - $32.75 per hour Work Location: In person
