Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating the financial benefits of the FoamWorks unlimited monthly wash club memberships to customers and educating customers about the value of our wash packages and what they entail. "One Price entitles them to UNLIMITED Washes for 29 Days". A great value and easy to use. Sales Representatives serve as the "first impression" at FoamWorks Auto Spa Car Wash and a smile is what starts the process. Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and a smile are a MUST! Job Duties and Expectations for Sales: 1. Arriving on time with a clean uniform, smile and ready to brighten people's day. 2. Gaining the knowledge of the different chemical applications, FoamWorks currently applies to cars as part of the wash process. This is not difficult, and the few materials just need to be read and memorized. 3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. 4. If there is a customer challenge communicate positively to the customer for satisfaction of the customer. 5. Work towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets which generate bonuses and additional commissions for you. 6. Supply reports on sales conversion, total sales, customer needs, problems, requests, and ideas. (This is also a straightforward process) 7. Use the FoamWorks Auto Spa sales script to ensure everything is communicated to each customer correctly. 8. Continuously improve through feedback and have a 'whatever it takes' mentality! Wash Attendant Expectations: 1. Be able to be active and on your feet loading or scrubbing cars for a few hours at a time. 2. Sense of Urgency! 3. Willingness to learn and take direction and then implement that in your work. 4. Lot cleanliness: Empty trash, sweep, wipe down cars, talk to customers, replace spray bottles, fold towels, and interact positively with customers. 5. Situational awareness 6. Are able to speak loudly to communicate with fellow team members and use big arm motions when necessary. 7. If closing/opening: Ensure all responsibilities are completed promptly and throughly. Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Pay: Hourly base is $12.00 per hour plus commission. Commission is dependent upon the individual, but some FoamWorks employees receive $300.00 + in weekly commissions.
