The Impact * Project Ownership: Lead the journey from RFQ and quote approval to final product launch. * Customer Advocacy: Manage key aerospace accounts, ensuring technical requirements are met and expectations exceeded. * Strategic Growth: Use Epicor ERP to track forecasts against inventory, ensuring 100% on-time delivery. * Technical Diplomacy: Bridge the gap between customer engineering needs and production capabilities. The Requirements * Experience: 5+ years in Manufacturing Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service. * Industry IQ: Solid understanding of machining operations ; experience in an AS9100 environment is highly preferred. * Tech Stack: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software (preferably Epicor). * Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
