As a Client Sales Specialist, you'll serve as a key ambassador for AT&T's Home services- connecting with customers face-to-face, answering questions, and guiding them toward solutions that fit their needs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Client Sales Specialist: * Interact directly with residential customers throughout the San Antonio area to introduce AT&T product and service offerings * Generate new leads by qualifying interest and gathering customer information * Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales process * Deliver clear, accurate information by staying current on product updates and market trends * Work alongside experienced sales leaders to strengthen outreach strategies and customer retention efforts Client Sales Specialist Ideal Background & Skills: * College coursework or a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is helpful but not required * Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, promotions, or business development preferred * Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with new people * Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,658.95 - $57,395.72 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
