We are looking for a strong, reliable lead generator to help build relationships, create leads, and drive revenue for our sales team.This position is a strong fit for individuals interested in building a career in sales or earning additional income on the side. You'll gain valuable skills for long-term sales roles, and get hands-on experience engaging customers, qualifying interest, and setting appointments while earning extra cash in a part-time role. Responsibilities * Represent countertop products during roadshows inside Costco warehouses * Start conversations with customers and identify interest * Schedule appointments for in-home consultations (goal: 1 appointment every 3 hours) * Rotate between Costco locations throughout the Phoenix area * Maintain a professional, approachable presence Qualifications * Interest in sales, customer engagement, or commission-based work * Comfortable speaking with customers and initiating conversations * Ability to stand for extended periods * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work rotating locations * No prior sales experience required; training provided Position Type * Part-time * In-person, retail warehouse environment IND6 Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid training Application Question(s): * Are you willing to travel to various sites around the Phoenix Metro area, primarily working on the weekends for $20/hour + bonus' & incentives based on your performance?
