General Manager - Pinnacle Home Theater (Atlanta, GA) Pinnacle Home Theater is a leading Atlanta-based integrator specializing in smart home automation, audio/video, lighting, networking, and security systems. We're seeking a General Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and oversee all aspects of daily operations. What You 'll Do * Oversee daily business operations across Sales, Project Management, Technical Services, and Client Support * Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability through efficient project delivery * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports * Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance standards * Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and care * Ensure all installations and services meet company quality standards * Continuously improve systems, workflows, and client experience What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of management experience in home automation, construction, or a similar project-based business * Understanding of construction contracts , billing, and operational processes * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Strong financial planning and analysis abilities * Technical aptitude and attention to detail * Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required * Willingness to meet client or project demands outside standard hours Why Pinnacle Home Theater We're a trusted Atlanta company known for exceptional craftsmanship and long- term client relationships.
