Forklifts of St. Louis, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team! Sales Coordinator Role includes: This role manages the administrative and logistical as0 forklift sales, acting as the key link between customers, sales teams, and other departments. You will be responsible for processing orders, tracking deliveries, handling paperwork, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Order Processing and Management: Processing sales orders for new and used equipment, including data entry, order confirmations, and invoicing. * Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking equipment availability, and coordinating with the warehouse and service departments for equipment readiness * Delivery Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating deliveries with trucking companies ensuring timely and accurate equipment delivery to customers. * Communication and Documentation: Maintaining clear communication with sales teams, customers, and other departments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. * Sales Support: Assisting sales representatives with customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and providing support throughout the sales cycle. * Financial Processes: Approving vendor invoices, processing payments, and assisting with sales commission calculations. * Reporting and Analysis: Compiling sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights to improve sales processes and performance. * Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. * Salesforce/CRM Management: Maintaining accurate customer and sales data within the CRM system.
