We're looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on hunting for new business , closing complex B2B deals, and building partnerships that deliver real value. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new revenue --not managing existing accounts. What You 'll Do:

• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in target markets
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit and exceed targets
• Consult with business decision-makers to uncover facility management needs
• Present tailored solutions and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

What You Bring

:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience , ideally with a focus on new business generation
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong hunter mentality--you're energized by cold outreach and closing deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
