Growing boat dealer seeking a highly motivated and self-driven social media sales consultant. This position will involve listing boats on social media, following up on leads, and closing sales of boats, motors, & trailers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. Responsibilities: * Present and sell wide variety of boats to new and existing clients through Facebook Marketplace, Facebook user groups, Craigslist, etc. * Ability to prospect various media plateforms. * Ability to post new product across a wide variety of social plateforms. * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Meet designated sales as by customizing marketing strategies to sell products across various demographics and media platforms. * Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted posts. * Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved. * Reviewing the progress and success of a event, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new events as necessary Qualifications: * Experience with sales, social media and boating. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network * Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed with internet-based customers * Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
