Duties * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and retention. * Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships. * Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. * Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company goals while maximizing value for both parties. * Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through market analysis and networking. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target key industries and promote our technology sales solutions. * Utilize HubSpot CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and customer data for effective account management. * Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and demonstrating product capabilities. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings. * Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to client requirements. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within technology or related sectors. * Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * Proficiency in HubSpot * Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience in technical sales is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans accordingly. * Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach; experience in warm calling is preferred. * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward business development tasks.
