Lead Sales Professional - RV Dealership (Mesa, AZ) Location: Mesa, Arizona Compensation: Commission Only - Unlimited earning potential Schedule: Full-time, on-site Who We Are We're a growing RV dealership in Mesa that operates with an ownership mindset and a strong team culture. What This Role Is About This role is for a driven sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential in a commission-only environment. You'll be responsible for creating strong customer relationships, managing your pipeline, and consistently delivering results while representing our brand at a high level. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building momentum through disciplined execution.
