Currently our client, an Insurance brokerage firm, is looking for a Japanese Bilingual P &C Account Manager. LocationFull Remote Position P &C Account Manager Compensation$60-80K+bonus Hiring StyleDirect hiring, Full-time Position Overview The P&C Account Manager supports the servicing of commercial and personal P&C policies. Licensed candidates will interact directly with clients and carriers. Unlicensed candidates may be considered when hiring urgency increases, but must be willing to obtain a P&C license within 3-6 months. Key Responsibilities For Licensed Candidates (Preferred): Manage and service existing corporate insurance accounts Provide coverage explanations, policy updates, and renewal guidance Prepare renewal quotes and marketing materials Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting, endorsements, and claims Review documents for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency procedures Complete account servicing independently with minimal supervision Required Qualifications Japanese-English bilingual ability Strong communication and client service skills Ability to handle detailed documentation, following legal and regulatory requirements Experience in administrative, customer service, or sales roles is beneficial Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Prior P&C insurance experience Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Language: * Japanese (Required) Work Location: In person
