Overview

We are hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to run appointments, generate leads, and guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to close. Roofing experience is preferred but not required. We provide a comprehensive training program to set you up for success. Earning Potential

• $80,000-$90,000+ annually with consistent effort
• Top performers earn $200,000-$250,000+ per year
• Commission-based compensation with strong upside

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network to generate new leads
• Run company-provided and self-generated appointments
• Conduct inspections and property evaluations
• Create estimates, take photos, and complete work orders
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Maintain professionalism and follow up with clients

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Background in customer service a plus
• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and sales tools
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
