We are looking for a Account Manager to create new business partnerships that bring on new accounts. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with new clients to drive our marketplace presence and add value. Responsibilities * Be a true GRINDER * A must - make 80+ outbound calls each day * Hunt for new business opportunities * Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction * Communicate value-added and product and details clearly * Promote new products/services to existing customers * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * A drive to build a business and passion for what we do and champion our value-added service to a new client base * Love for the phones - dial, talk, dial, talk - repeat * Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Platforms * Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience * Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships * A high degree of professionalism * Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude Compensation $15 - $17 per hour plus UNCAPPED commission About OneSource Solutions Inc.
