A Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Florida. The ideal candidate will reside in Florida. The successful Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer will come from a technical sales/service sales background and have previous experience in selling a range of BAS and HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and owners. Package: $60,000 - $95,000 Bonus scheme Negotiable Guarantee 401k Life Insurance PTO Car Allowance Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Responsibilities: * Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners. * Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution. * Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals. * Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives.
