Business Development Representative - Restoration Industry Pay: $50,000 base + commission (uncapped earning potential) Location: Cleveland, OH About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing, recession-resistant restoration company that helps people recover from water, fire, and storm damage. What You 'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, contractors, etc.)
• Prospect and cold call new clients to grow restoration business leads
• Conduct marketing visits, presentations, and networking events
• Track and report results using CRM software
• Work closely with internal restoration and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred in restoration or construction)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Comfortable working independently and on a team
• Valid driver 's license and clean driving record
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines What We Offer
